Savannah Jones

LMFT, Primary Therapist

Savannah began her career in crisis services, working in shelters for victims of domestic violence. It was this experience counseling survivors that she discovered the healing power of human connection and knew she had found her calling. Savannah is highly skilled in providing psychotherapy to both men and women suffering abuse within the context of an intimate relationship. In graduate school, she received her formal training in a residential treatment center for adults suffering from chemical dependency; providing therapy to clients with co-occurring PTSD and substance-induced psychosis.

Her style is highly collaborative, sincere, and professional. She offers realistic, solution-focused interventions that her clients can begin to implement immediately; helping clients understand, and overcome their perceived limitations to achieve personal growth and inner peace. Savannah works closely with her clients on mindfulness. Her current approach is rooted in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  .
